Data Collection

By entering your information into Markr you are consenting for the data to be used for the purposes of providing the Markr experience. 

A Check-in by the user, provides the publisher with your Name, Email or Mobile phone details. These can be used by the Publisher to communicate with the User relating to the content shared on the Markr it relates to. 

The Markr Publisher is NOT allowed to share this information with non-related 3rd party without the prior consent of the User, except in the limited and rare circumstances in which we are compelled by law to provide information for the purposes of law enforcement.
